Mr. Sandeep Kapur
In Late 80s and Early 90s, when the Automotive Industry was taking shape in India, a huge opportunity arose. The opportunity of being a potential leader in the Automotive components industry arose and therefore Our Founder Mr. Sandeep Kapur started the distribution business in Automobile aftermarket segment of his own in 1990. Hailing from a business family, He had the enthusiasm to become an entrepreneur to continue the tradition. In the beginning of 21st Century, His Brand” TOP” became No. 1 in Pan India and neighbouring countries in Automobile aftermarket segment. Since then, “TOP” has become a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive components in India in Two-Wheeler & Three-Wheeler Industry.

Mr. Sandeep Kapur went onto diversify his business to manufacturing of Two- Wheeler plastic body components (ABS Parts) in 2008. This became a golden opportunity for him to dive in this business as there was an increasing demand for Two-Wheeler ABS parts in the aftermarket industry.
In 2009, He captured the export market and has a reputed name in almost 15 countries. He used his full proficiency to raise the growth chart of TOP Group and gradually increase the turnover of the company.
With his vast experience of trading business, TOP Motocomponents Pvt. Ltd. established its status in manufacturing OEM quality Two -Wheeler ABS parts & spare parts at competitive prices in the aftermarket.
Subsequently, the business of Electric Rickshaw in India was growing rapidly and therefore he entered the business of manufacturing E-Rickshaw components such as ABS Roof, Shocker Assembly, Iron Roof, Handle T Assy and various other products to OEMS in 2014.
Later in 2017, He started the business of passenger helmets in the aftermarket industry with the brand name of “HOGO”. He became one of the OEM suppliers of Passenger Helmets to TVS, BOUNCE and various OEMS.
The TOP Group extended the business with the support of committed stakeholders not only in India but worldwide.
